Hikvision 7616NI-E2 failed ot download

Hi all

I have come across a little issue that i am hoping somene could please help me with.

In the playbakc area of the NVR i have selected a timeline to download and done this 5 or 6 times without issue, but i went to try and download a couple today and i keep getting "download Failed" messages, i tried different cameras and timelines with the same result, what causes this?

A couple of things to check:
In the web GUI, Configuration, Local Settings, verify and reset if needed the paths for Record file settings and Picture and Clip settings.
And if you want to avoid searching for where IE has virtualised the location when you can't find the downloads, add the NVR IP address to IE Trusted Sites list.
