So I recently picked up 5 Hikvision 4MP cameras and they have been working great. My wife though is disappointed the 2-way communication isn't working. Our old cameras worked with this, the communication wasn't great but if there was an emergency and you needed to say something over the cameras it was great.
I attached my settings.
I can hear audio just find through the BI app on android and IOS but when i hit the mic button i cannot hear my voice on the camera.
By the way im on firmware 5.5.0
