So I configured Hikconnect and I was able to access my nvr/cameras using IVMS app.

Nvr software is all up to date and Hikconnect compliant.

However the IVMS app has stopped working after a couple of days and cameras are not displayed.

Nvr settings is showing Hikconnect status offline(0x1001) and Hikconnect service is unable to find my device even tho it's online.

Using SADP client Hickconnect service is selected and enabled.

router port forwarding - PORTS are open checked via 'canyouseeme'

Any thoughts on why Hickonnect can't find my device? Thanks

I also have same problem. Mine goes offline in some hrs.

If you got some tricks, please share.
