Hello all, I have a HIK NVR DS-7616NI-I2 / 16P with several Dahua IPC's. Does anyone know what NVR software i should download to use the AI features on the NVR?

It is best to match NVR brand with cameras. In theory, ONVIF compliance means other brands could work, but usually functionality is limited.
I do not know the specs on that NVR, but if it didn't come with AI capability, there isn't software you can add to make it work with AI. Most vendors would not push out a firmware update to add that capability and would instead require you to purchase one that has that capability.
