A different one here that I can't seem to find any coverage on.
My Hik Connect alerts/thumbnails do not match the correct time of intrusion, see the below image:
The intrusion time IS 13:42:07 however the screenshot is a good 20 seconds behind meaning I have to watch the footage rather than rely on the thumbnail.
My NVR uses an NTP server to gather the time and I believe this takes precedence ahead of the cameras?
Any advice would be appreciated.
