Anyone have a recommendation on what might cause the Hik Connect app to not show playback and give a “no record found” error? Live view works fine but I can’t figure out the playback portion. Driving me crazy lol
Hik Connect goes through glitches on occasion and gives you that error. No idea why. Next time click on the image and use your finger to "rewind" the footage to the beginning and hit play. That works sometimes. Other times it's just an asshole for no reason.
