Hik Connect App

Hello newb here,

have setup Hik Connect yesterday and it won't show continuous playback but has yellow chunks which i presume are motion? On the web login i just see pure blue continuous so i am confused as the why the app see's something else. The problem is it only see's some of the yellow chunks and then it's blank after.

as i say web based access is perfect continuous all the way to live.

Have set up HIK before and no issues all defaults worked fine app wise.
