i'm having issues trying to view my cameras in the hikvision mobile app.
I've recently got a new mobile phone android. i have the app running no problem on my other phone same make as my new one but a newer model. when i installed the app on my new phone it wont let me see my cameras i keep getting wrong password msg. even though i am putting in exactly the same details from my previous phone. i have them side by side and doing it manually. i've tried scanning the bar code on my dvr and on my other mobile. i even deleted the app on my other phone and reinstalled the app used my username and password no problem. but my new phone i keep getting error msg wrong password.any suggestions other than keep my old phone
