I come to you for help because a can I activate PPPoE settings on my camera thinking it was a way to suplémantaire protection.
but since I no longer accée this camp ip IP address for more ...
you have a solution to recover are in original condition.

je vient vers vous pour un peux d'aide car j'ai activer les paramètres PPPOE sur ma caméra en croyant que c'etait un moyen de protection suplémantaire.


mais depuis je n'est plus accée à cette camp ip car plus d'adresse IP...


avez vous une solution pour la récupérer dans sont etat d'origine.

Have you tried using SADP to change the IP address?

PPPoE tab is to allow cam to directly access a DSL line. It should not be used unless in very specific cases.
 
Good evening and thank you for your answer... How to connect the camera and or find you the PPPOE on SADP parameter...?
 
I think you will have to reset the camera to default as when it was new, then start over with configuration. I'm only a novice trouble-shooter, so waiting for more experienced advice is recommended.
Does it even show up on SADP now? I don't see where to make that change with SADP even if it does.
 
Since the PPPOE mode was activated it is invisible to the network.
The PPPOE mode was activated believing that this parameter is an additional safety means.
I tried the reset without result.
I also tried the SADP software without result also ...
