Help with Zoom

I just installed the PIC-HDW2231RP-ZS. When I zoom in BlueIris, it either zooms all the way or minimizes all the way. I can't get it to zoom in increments. What am I doing wrong?

simply log into the cameras interface. The motorized varifocal is not designed to be used as a regular zoom, it is to be set at the time of install. Disable ptz in BI.

I didn't know it could be disabled. This will keep me from accidentally throwing off the focal length while click on cameras.
