Hi there, I've DS-7104HWI-SL. I found http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/index.php?dir=Product Firmware/Back-ends/Recorder/DVR/DS-7100HWI-SL(SH) DS-7100HVI-SL(SH) DS-7200HI-SL/DS-7104HV(W)I-SL(SH), DS-7108HVI-SL(SH), 72HI-SL/V2.2.17 build150519(new)/&file=DVR_26_23_EUROPEAN_ML_STD_V2.2.17_build150519.zip and installed... The firmware updated. The DVR works fine but the web interface isn't opening. I'm able to login through ivms... But, I prefer configuring my system through web interface.

The email isn't working either. Plus, cloud and ddns don't work simultaneously. Please help...
