Hi there, I've DS-7104HWI-SL. I found http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/port...26_23_EUROPEAN_ML_STD_V2.2.17_build150519.zip and installed... The firmware updated. The DVR works fine but the web interface isn't opening. I'm able to login through ivms... But, I prefer configuring my system through web interface.
The email isn't working either. Plus, cloud and ddns don't work simultaneously. Please help...
