Help request: Get Youtube streaming camera towards Blueiris

We are facing the following challenge: We would like to be able to add a couple of the webcams that the provence of Gelderland is operating into our blue iris setup.
For an overview of all camera's see this page: overzicht webcams

All camera's have their own subpage (see example webcam N325b) but for streaming purposes they have decided to use youtube as technical way to share all streams with the public, see example stream

We cannot find how to have a Youtube stream appear as individual camera in BlueIris.

Since this forum is one of the few places where all technical knowhow is available, can we please ask you guys (and girls) to assist in thinking of a way to get these Youtube streams in BI?

create a new Blue Iris camera, input the URL.
I did with my local traffic camera's. Though, was not a YouTube stream but a different format M3U or something.
