I see you said you updated firmware in cam, but have your tried the dropdown in Blue Iris for 'old firmware' in which RTSP is 554? It won't cost a dime to try.

reolink is garbage and has known issues with blue iris...wifi never works "great"...as far as your issue, if you are going to use RTMP you need to select it - you have HTTP selected. you can also try using the rtsp port insteadno, Ive since 2 years ago and Im impresive with the good quality, and the wifi works greate !!
