Any chance you tried typing in the verification code located on the bottom sticker into the "secure code" field?

It appears to be a discontinued "Cynics" device, initially produced and sold circa 2013.
The company's home office is in your country of Malaysia, contact page with phone numbers and e-mail at bottom here.
You might be able to get some help from their support department.

open the case. and see if there is a reset button on the circuit board.

Finally i managed to reset the password, using SADP tool.. upload file to manufacturer... and they reply files for reset password.
