Help! My new network has a different DHCP and cannot access my Dahua camera

My old address was 192.168.1.142 but I cannot change that to something with 10.0.0.xxx
Do I have to try and configure my new router to 192.168.1.0? Seems like a lot of work potential to screw up all my other devices.
I moved and have a different Internet provider.
I have the ConfigTool and it finds the camera but doesn't allow me to change the IP:
When I press OK, it doesn't change it.

Go back into "Search Setting" and make sure the password there matches the password that you have on the cameras you're trying to change IPs on and try again.
