Help? My camera not connecting on wifi

Hi, My camera stopped "out of nowhere" from working the wifi, it doesn't connect.
I've tried everything to try to make it work on wifi, but it doesn't work. only works connected to rj45.
I want to try to update the firmware "to see" if it works again, how do I find firmware for this camera?

How many camera do you have?
What's the name and model of it?
What's the distance from the camera to the access point/wifi router?
What else is on that access point/wifi router?
Did you try to bring the camera near the access point/wifi router then do a factory default reset on the camera and setup it up?
