Help me to find the best doorbell match

Hi guys

Very very glad after found this forum and this topic .... "they are guys like me interested in the same things" hahaha

Is not being easy to find the best doorbell that match my requisites, that are:

Must have:

• Ethernet Port 10/100M - Protocol IP
• Monitoring through Android APP
• Relay Output -> when the doorbell button is pressed a physical chime rings
• Relay Output -> for door opening (nive to have)

• RSTP (nice to have)
• SIP (nice to have)
• Don't want a doorbell exclusively with wi-fi, want wired.
• Don't want a inside screen.

Add info:

• Currently i have a home automation with KNX protocol
• Have a NVR Hikvision but the 8 POE ports are already used

But not sure about the relay about the physical chime, however found this in the firmware release:


But this is not my choice for now, still searching for a doolbell

Any suggestions?
