HELP ivms 4500lite play component error:3

today i got play component error:3 on my android phone. i reinstall it. same. and i google the code, can't find a solution. anyone know what wrong? thank you.

Try regular 4500, the one you have is for tablets and there are reports of it being buggy.

i was facing the same issue, turning off Hik-Connect (in Platform Access) will resolve the issue for me.

nothing to do with hik-connect. my other nvr work...i connected over 40 nvr in that app..online one have problem.(my house).
