Help DS-7604NI-SE not working Mobile App

Hi guys, i have Hikvision DS-7604NI-SE nvr and everything was fine two weeks ago, and now after changing router and putting same port forwarding i can't use my iPhone app iVMS-4500, it gives me code error 43 , i searched the web but still nothing. any idea? if i am on other pc outside my home network i am able to see trough internet explorer and putting port after ip address my nvr, bot on my phone nothing... any ideas or how ports must be forwarded .
 
Welcome to the forum, what ports did you forward?
What router are you using?
Can you see the cams when you are connected via your home wifi?
 
Hi i forward ports 8000 and 554 i changed router remoote management port from 80 to 8055, i can see from other places my nvr and all cameras also from inside my network. I use tplink 740n
