OK. Back with some actual pictures of where I will place my next camera. Created a separate thread from my (master plan) thread since this one is less about existing cameras and more about next cameras with actual pics. I put descriptions under each pic in imgur (also below). Numbers relate to camera spots (2, 1's since one of view of placement and one is view from placement). Any help greatly appreciated!
1 - backdoor. wide fov just to get people near the door. Any suggestions on fixed focal length or different placement?

2 - Backgate. Fairly simple. what fixed focal length here? About 20 feet.
3 - side yard. Not great options. Maybe mount lower on the brick. IR could bounce off downspout and ac units. Could I do a fixed focal length here (about 50')?
4 - Probably the closer, lower one (since tree will be problematic). Angle it down and towards the right of where the picture was taken (where someone would walk).
