Help 3MP Turret

Hi guys just got the 3MP hikvision cam.


bit i am not able to see any image on the nvr these has chinese label on them.

do i need to do some different for these to work?


please help kinda frustrated here.

What are you connecting it to? Need some more information. Is it powered etc?

the cameras powers up and everything but no footage and when why plug my 4mp exir hikvision turret it will automatically get image without doing anything

I know but I'm trying to diagnose your problem.

So looks like you have a Chinese NVR but hacked into English with English camera working.

Now you are trying to link up a Chinese Camera. My guess is that it's not hacked into English and you are getting a language mismatch. If you go to Configuration and Camera Management does it say anything?

Or your camera is set to H.265, your NVR doesn't support that so change it to H.264 if you see that.

You're going to have to login to the camera directly. That SADP tool will help you.

Yes, make sure it's the right polarity.
