Hi Guys,

As the title says, what firware should I have on my hdw4231em-as?

Now quick question: Does it matter if I get the PAL or NTSC?
As of right now, if I go in the Camera settings, PAL is the only option in the dropdown.

Not at all. I flashed the NTSC version on all of my hardware. Open the link I posted, scroll down and click on Download then on Firmware, then download [NTSC]DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_EngSpnFrn_N_Stream3_V2.460.0000000.16.R.20170904.
