Status "Not exist" seems as if the disk is configured but does not exist. Check that the disk is properly connected.

If you can run diagnostics on the disk, check for any SMART errors. If your DVR/NVR cannot show any SMART information, you might need to connect the disk to a PC and use a software like GSmartControl (http://gsmartcontrol.sourceforge.net/home/).

My guess is that the disk is faulty and needs to be replaced.

well, thanks guys . u were right The HDD is fault and replaced every thing is working .
iv one more thing to know :
my nvr model is DS-7608NI-SE/P V2.3.7build 131112
i wanna upgrade the firmware but i cant find it at the hikvision site .
does safe to update it ?cz i buy the nvr from aliexpress and i dont know if its english or chines version.

The general consensus on these boards seems to be unless you need to upgrade the firmware to resolve a specific problem you are experiencing, it is better to leave the firmware as is. So the old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" seems to be reigning stance.

I could be wrong but I guess the real question is why would you want to risk huge headaches resulting from a firmware update that might go badly.

The device serial number is often a good indication. Quite a few posts on that topic.
If the device still has telnet or SSH access, the command 'getHardInfo' would help.
Dumb question, but presumably you used your NVR IP address in the URL?

Yea for sure i use my nvr ip address, and about the ssh access i dont understand what that means as i said im new in this things:/.
