Having trouble adding camera back in?

Hi all, I accidentally deleted one of my cameras from the BI interface and am now having trouble adding it back and having it detected by BI.
I recall it was a real pain to initially add into BI, trying to figure out the settings. This time around I just cant remember what I did and of course I forgot to backup the settings.
The camera is operating fine and accessible directly via its web int.

What is the best way to approach this, as the BI auto/detect scan is not helping? Its a generic no name camera.

How to add camera to BI that is not in the drop down list

Often folks buy unbranded cameras or cams that are not popular and therefore not on the blue iris drop down list.
