Has BI gone down?

I am getting a Demo Version on one of my BI PC's and it is still in licence.

I have emailed support over 24hrs ago, but no reply.

Is everything ok with BI team do we know?

BI is basically a one person shop. It usually takes 2-3 days depending on the email backlog.
