has anyone used onvif for hikvision cameras through ivms 4200?

I got hikvision 2cd3t56 camera from Taobao.
(its firmware ver is 5.5.12)
I couldnt use this camera because of language mismatch.
I heard onvif could help language mismatch problem.
However, when i tried onvif through ivms-4200 on my desktop, i got an error message as "third party device only supports transcoded stream". then nothing showed up on mt display.

Anyone can help me? either solving language mismatch or using onvif through ivms 4200.

any idea to use this camera would be appriciated.

Hi, can you tell me which version of ivms 4200 you are using and how you set up onvif protocol?

in my case, i tried ivms 4200 ver 2.7.1.9 and couldnt find onvif protocol in hikvision incoding device. so I added my hikvision cameras as 3rd party incoding device.
