My DVR, on a routine basis, will seemingly go blank/black on the LCD monitor. I usually do a slow-count to see how long it takes to return to normal state of displaying camera feeds. Those counts can vary from 5 seconds to almost a full 60 seconds.
It has to be the DVR because all 9 cameras go blank...there is no monitoring software interface...just black screen.
Could this be the DVR changing from one HDD to the other? And, if so, what exactly does reallocating recordings from one HDD to another HDD entail that would disrupt camera stream to monitor?
