I'm on my second beer and we did not set the deck on fire with the Turkey fryer, Looking to be a nice Day off.

You're VERY lucky if a) you don't burn the deck, garage or house down and b) you don't get some serious burns.
I can understand the guy from 2003 doing this but the frozen turkey + super hot deep fryer oil = fireball semi-explosion scenario has been played out enough the last 15 to 20 Thanksgivings you'd have to have spent it in a cave all that time if you don't know about it nowadays.
