Group of cam, what is this symbol?

I’ve setup a group of cams called Garden but when I view them from the mobile app, when I click on the group I then can’t select a cam. There is also this red symbol in the top right.

I also have another group called Driveway and on the main screen that group shows with a + sign which Garden doesn’t and I can go into the group and select the individual cams.

That means your group is a inactive profile state.

Figured it out, I had a Group name and a short camera name as the same i.e. Garden, changed the Group name to Rear and I get +Rear in the app and I can now select a camera within the Group.

It's there in the help, if only I had read it

"A group should have a name unique from all camera short name to prevent conflict when
requesting cameras and group streams remotely."

Glad you got it. It's funny how you can read the help several times and miss stuff.....or Ken will add something new and sneak it in on ya. The shield for example....used to take a long click to change it to red, now it is just a click and no more red shield but a grey with red dash. The long depress must of given people fits, but it was in the help file.
