Graphics card recommentation

I would like to get a few recommendations regarding a good older model graphics card for my setup that works reasonably well with BI5 / CPAI 2.0.8. Anybody with some experience concerning this?
My setup:
Small form Factor HP Z230
i7-4740 CPU 3.4Ghz, 16GB ram
Windows 7 64bit /BI5
240W power supply
CPAI 2.0.8 on 5 of my 8 cams

I have a Quadro P1000 4gb I am happy with for that type load. I also used a P400 prior that did just as welll.

Tesla P4s are really cheap now but in a regular desktop you will need a fan as they don't have a dedicated fan. There are a few variations of fan shrouds if you or a friend have a 3d printer it can be made really easily - Tesla P4/T4 fan shroud by Crazybonze
