Grandstream PBX UCM6302 with outdoor station KD8003 and ZIPATO2 indoor

I have system for building that have:
1. Grandstream UCM6302 PBX - 1
2. Hikvision KD8003 - 1 outdoor station
3. Zipato2 - 6 indoor units

I have configured the system with SIP protocol.
The extensions on grandstream are online and good to go.
The indoor units can call between it self and work good.

Problem 1:When the outdoor unit calls the indoor unit the call drops. On grandstream PBX shows that the indoor unit did not answer the call.
Problem 2:How to setup DMTF code on kd8003 used to open the door from the indoor unit.

I'm using asterisk, just sending '#' opens the door , i enabled 'sip info"
