Grainy still images

I recently had my network overhauled and lost power to the camera (IPC-Color4k-T) for a short while. The trigger zone on BI seems to have reset itself which I fixed but the bigger issue seems to be that the still images captured seem to be very grainy now. Before I was able to read license plates on the street and driveway. Have checked both the web GUI and BI and the images appear to be the same. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could have changed? The picture settings appear unchanged from before so I'm a bit lost here. Thank you! That downloaded as 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) and looks fairly sharp on my monitor so I can offer no real suggestions.

Agree.

That looks good and at that distance you really shouldn't be able to read plates. Maybe under ideal conditions and with digital zoom.

I was thinking same. Maybe more a time of day/lighting thing
