Getting access to cameras on TVs not hardwired to NVR?

So I have a single NVR connected to my main tv via hardwire, but I have 2 other tvs across the house that I would like to be able to access the camera feeds as well, but can't hard wire them.

So what is the best way to go about this on a secured network?

I am currently running ASUS ZenWifi AX XT8 with a VPN installed on it for an ultra secured network- however I am having issues with it at the moment and hope to get that ironed out ASAP

I currently have a couple of the Dahua 4k cameras from Empiretech: Empiretech Dahua 4k turrets

As well as the correct 8 channel NVR: Empiretech 4k NVR

It's not possible to connect these other tvs with hard wire, so we would need to bring these cameras online to this secured VPN network I assume right?

I have not connected these cameras to the internet for security reasons - I know there is a procedure to disable certain things on these cameras so they can't connect to the internet

But how do I stream them to these other TVs?

I don't have to create a separate VPN wifi network for them to live on do I?

The only problem I see with this is being able to quickly jump to the cameras to view them without having to switch wifis on the tv

So how do I go about this in the most secure way?

In a perfect world I would just run Cat6 to these tvs, but I'm renting and not looking for a permanent install here.

Regarding "these other TVs".......are they smart TV's? If so, what brand and/or O/s?
Or are they "dumb" with only HDMI inputs?

Regarding "It's not possible to connect these other tvs with hard wire...." does this mean you cannot connect them via Ethernet to a network OR with a purpose-built HDMI-over_CAT5e/6 adapter that runs from the TV to the NVR?

Do you desire control of the NVR using a mouse from the TV location or just view only?

Hello & thanks for your reply!

Yes they are both newer smart tvs, one is a an LG and I think the other one is a Sony

There is no way for me to run a cable from the NVR to either of these 2 tvs - it would have to be a wifi situation

I do not need to control the NVR from these other tvs, just view only.

I'm thinking to try a Amazon FireStick plugged into an HDMI port of the LG.
Sideload Tinycam Pro or Onvifer Onvier (Android apps) onto the Firestick and stream the RTSP using channels from the NVR via the FireStcik's Wi-Fi.

If that works well on the Sony it's already an Android even if Google TV so you should be able to do the same but without a Firestick using the TV's Wi-Fi. If not just repeat what worked with the LG and the Firestick.

Since it's an ONVIF-compliant NVR the stream below should work; change channel number to reflect which camera you want to display.

Code:
rtsp:/NVR-IP-Address:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif

Be sure to place 2 "/" after "rtsp:" as forum software won't allow 2 to be displayed consecutively.
