This is like a homeowner using their face to disable an alarm system. Any pic off the internet of that homeowner will then disable that alarm system. Hello??!
You don't think someone can take a pic of your license plate and show it to the camera? A piece of paper would suffice, the AI algorithm is simply looking for a sequence of characters.

we can close the door from work if need be....which may have happened a couple two tree times....
I have two cams in the garage on my Amcrest Xvr/DVR. So it lets me watch it go down

I've been doing this with my garage for for over 20yrs, It's connected to my Omni Pro II alarm system. The only automation with it is, when the alarm is armed away, and if the overhead door is closed, and then the man door to the garage is opened, then the overhead door opens.
I can remote in via cellphone, and open or close the door.
But no automatic closing occurs here.
