g/iDMSS and Dahua fisheye issues

So I got a Dahua fisheye with built in audio from Andy, but I have the following issue- if I use the web browser, the audio is working fine.

However, if i press the Microphone icon in the app, I get an error: •failed to enable two way audio•

I am connected DIRECTLY to the camera (not through NvR).

Any ideas?

I forgot to add that it happens both on iPhone and Android
