Using 5.2.0 multi-language firmware..
I am trying to FTP images to an FTP server with an address like ftp.mysite.com ....Putting my ftp URL in gives an error message "wrong server address"....From a little studying, I did see where older firmware versions required using an IP address for the FTP server, so figured I'd give it a try. I did a whois search to get the IP address of the "ftp.mysite.com" style domain. I entered this IP address on the camera and I no longer get the "wrong server address" error, but when I click "test" it immediately says "unable to connect to server"...
Any idea of where I'm going wrong or what to try next?
