I came across an anti-virus product which can be installed on numerous machines and then monitored from a cloud-based console. So if you provide support for several customers or family members around the country this may be an option for you. I installed it last night on my BI machine and haven't seen any adverse effects to performance or anything. I just figured I would pass it along. The product is Sophos Home and as of now it is free for 10 installs per email account. If anyone has any experience with this product or any comments please feel free to let me know.
