FoscamFI9826W No Signal Error in Blue Iris

Hello everyone... I'm new here. I just installed 2 Foscam FI9826W cameras. I have had Blue Iris for a while now and like it, but I can't get the 9826W cams to show up in BI. I keep getting No Signal. I've checked my firmware, and I have

System Firmware 1.4.1.8
Application Firmware 2.11.1.5

I'm using Firefox with the correct plug in 2.0.2.10

HELP!!!!

Are you able to log into the camera via the web browser? If yes, make sure you entered the correct ip address and port in Blue iris. Make sure the username and password are correct. Also make sure you selected the correct camera type from the list.
