I have four of these Foscams. Four new models, all same firmware. Two work great with ptz in BI and can remember presets. Hooked up 3rd and 4th and BI cannot remember the presets, goes to crazy positions. PTZ control in BI works fine for 3rd and 4th cam and all cams. Foscam app can set and remember positions just fine for 3rd and 4th. BI just can’t. All settings are the same in BI and in Foscam settings app. Have tried setting presets in Web app (192.168…) and BI but no luck. Normally only setting presets in web app work I have found. Reset cam, uninstalled, reinstalled. Begining to think a software issue of BI where more than 2 cams have issues in setting presets. Reset everything, pc, routers, cams etc. Driving me crazy.
