Foscam R2 not showing blue arrows

I have two foscam R2s. One is a R2 V3 and the other is a R2V4. When you maximize the window (double click) on the V4 it does not have the blue arrows to pan with. Anyone knolw why?

The blue arrows are a function of blue iris not the camera. Do you have ptz enabled for the camera in blue iris settings?

Yes I already checked that one. . Under PTZ/COntrol it is enabled.

I have an R2 and the arrows are showing on mine. Couple of things to check; 1) Make sure the mouse is all the way to the side or corner. 2) In the PTZ/Control Settings make sure "Enable PTZ UI" and "PTZ w/mouse cursor" are checked.

Thanks. I just reinstalled the camera.
