forgetting hikvision ezviz password and email

hello guys

i added my device to my ezviz account and now i can't open my account coz i forget all things about my
acount (username,password,email)

and if i open a new account and try to add the device tell me the device is added in another account
and for that reason i want a method to delete my device from the old account to added to new account
is there a method to do that?

Never happened to me, but I would also like to know if anyone had this problem before, since I have been asked more than once.

Maybe if the device is disconnected from EZVIZ/Hik-connect for a given number of days/weeks/months, it will be deleted for inactivity, and then it can be added to a new account?

That's the first thing I would try; leave cloud/ezviz on the camera disabled for maybe more than month, and then try to add it again.

Nope it won't be ever disconnected from the account it was tied to, you can use it connected via an NVR but not directly with hik connect or ezviz.

you need contact ezviz.they will prob ask you for picture with the sticker of the serial number. and some other details in the picture so it is sure .

you have posted an executable file..i deleted it..if you need to post a photo, upload it as a jpeg or similar.

just checked 7115522322 is online and in use but take down your verification code that's like giving away your wifi password
if you were to delete this from your account these two numbers could be used to take over your nvr by some one else
I would delete this info
