Caught this a few weeks. This was recorded on a Hik 2032i 4mm. Very difficult situation with all the lights on the street. Philly if anyone is wondering

He really wanted in the that car, not sure why he didn't go in the other one. Guess stupid is as stupid does.
 
The crv alarm went off if you notice how he moves quickly after he opens the door but he was after a nice leather diaper bag in the red car. I spoke with the owner the next day. Rule number one of city living, "never leave shit in plain sight in a car"

If everyone followed this rule there would be a dramatic decrease in these type of crimes. I have followed that rule for many years.
