Flashing Firmware onto Dahua HDW5231R-Z - N or P Stream?

Im going to update the firmware on a Dahua HDW5231R-Z camera and notice in the zip file there are 2 files, one for N stream and one for P stream. Anyone know which one I should use?
 
Given it's an ethernet camera, either will work but generally the PA version is used.
 
I just got 3 HDW5231R-ZE cameras from Andy.. Do I need to "update the firmware"?

If you're happy with the current firmware and the way it works, probably not. If you've got to have the "latest and greatest", definitely yes. Check the ZE thread for the latest. One note of caution, if you don't have a "true" international version of the camera you could "brick" it if it's a hacked Chinese one. If you bought them from Andy, no problem though.
