Still have a bunch left. A lot of people ask what's different between these and regular Hikvision branded cams.
1. They take different firmware
2. They don't have the Hikvision logo on the box or camera
They still include a 3 year warranty and lifetime tech support from us.

It looks like the main reason to purchase through Nelly's Security is because of the warranty and support. Is that correct?
What does your warranty cover, and what does it not cover?
What is the process if there is a problem with a camera? Let's say after one year, it stops working, and after troubleshooting, you determine it cannot be fixed. How does the replacement process work?
