Flash Hikvision NVR to multilanguage

I have a DS-7832N-K2 in chinese language, I try to flash with NVR_K51_BL_ML_STD_V3.4.100_180626.zip fit for 7732Ni-K2, but it can not to start, someone know which english firmware i can flash?

Do you asked customer care,, there are no models in English version with same model number.
Now your NVR is not starting how would you flash firmware.

Now it works, i flash its original firmware in chinese.but i want a english version
