Fisheye 6263 with FW 5.0.9 -> Upgrade failed

Hi,

i have a fisheye DS-2CD6362F-I with serial I20150728CCWR532848375 and FW 5.0.9, build 141009.

Pretty much the version as avail on the Hik Download-Portal: DOWNLOAD PORTALdated 30.05.2016.

When trying to upgrade to any of the higher FWs, i get an Upgrade failed! - Error. This is the same through the web-gui or using the Batch-Updater.

When trying to update the device with its 5.0.9 all is working, but i get FAIL with the 5.3.3 and on.

I think it might be, because the step from 5.0.9 to the 5.3.3 with is the next one avail on the portal is too large. i think i'd need a 5.1.x and a 5.2.x as steps in between.

is there anybody out there who would be able to point me to the IPC R4-FWs needed to Up the device to the latest FW?
