I have an Imou Ranger A22-L camera that lost power during a firmware update. Now the camera is stuck with a red light. Could anyone please share the firmware file so I can update it via SD card? Thank you very much!

Hi, you can try copy firmware update.img to SD card and upgrade firmware again.

Quick question - is this Consumer-Hai-Libra.zip official?
I actually got an official firmware (downgrade version) from their support team, you just need to explain what hapened and they are quick to respond.

yes this is extract file from Full-firmware. it only use via SD card (different with .bin file). If you are concerned, maybe don't use it.
