Firmware? Which one? Where?

Does anyone know where I can find firmware updates for the following product:
IPCT-NITECOLOR-DM2

When I go into the web interface for the camera I can see the following model number:
HNC344-XD/LU

When I go to HikVision's website, there is not mechanism by which I can narrow the firmware down to the one that I need for this camera. Any ideas?

thats an OEM camera, you can't install stock HiKvision firmware on it without a good chance of it bricking. hence you need the OEM firmware from the vendor, what I linked above.

Bumping this, it seems Nellys deleted the entire line. I have V5.6.2 build 191111 - is there anything newer or can I flash Hikvision FW?

Model is NSC-NITECOLOR-DM2 aka HNC344-XD/LU
