Firmware Upgrade for NVR DS-7732N-E4

One day I tried to upgrade my NVR DS-7732N-E4 and then FIrmware dessapeared forever and my NVR becomes unuseful. I downloaded a new one from the Europe Hikvision page , change the language to CN (2) language and I successfully save it on the NVR with the Putty and TFTP32 apps via serial telnet. But when I restart it I still received the following message: "Your device is illegal, Please Call Factory". Please Could someone help me with the Hacked version in English for this NVR?

What was the original firmware version before the update, and after the update?

If it was old enough to not yet have encrypted the bootpara block in the flash (yes, Hikvision do keep an eye on IPCamTalk for 'interesting' ways to mess with their products), then this method may still work as a permanent fix :

By the way - the 'change language' facility in the hikpack tool only changes the language in the firmware header, not the NVR itself.
